Just got this jacket today. It took a little longer than expected to receive it but the company was very forthcoming about what the problem was, and it wasn’t their fault. When I received it I inspected it carefully for quality control and could find no loose strings or any other quality issues. The fit is perfect. I love the look of it just as it is. The company sent it very quickly and everything from buttons to zipper pulls were wrapped carefully in paper. So much attention to detail!
